These Conditions regulate the use of the online stores:
Through its acceptance, the User declares that they have read and understood what is stated here and that they are aware of their rights, Hey Harper’s purchase policies, conditions, and warranties, as well as their obligations and general conditions of access and use of the websites referenced above. If the User does not agree with the content of this document, they must leave this website, not being able to access or dispose of the services it offers. Likewise, the User expressly and without exception accepts that the access and use of this website, its services, and the contents of said services take place under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. These conditions only apply to jewelry purchases, separate conditions will apply to other items within our catalogue and should be referred to in those cases.
- Accepting orders
A binding contract is created between Hey Harper and the User when the order is accepted. The User will receive an order confirmation e-mail once the purchase is complete, the order number will be provided there.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address format into the appropriate fields. Postal or Zip codes must be used where the delivery address format contains one.
Please note that as our team is constantly making efforts to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order or change an item/shipping address upon request.
Hey Harper, will not take responsibility for incorrectly entered, missing or inaccurate information in the delivery address fields. Please check the details you have entered in the address fields.
No refunds or duplicate dispatches will be issued if Hey Harper is not informed of any address format changes before dispatch of the original order.
Hey Harper reserves the right to cancel an order at any given time without any explicit reasoning.
2. Preparation Time
All orders are prepared within two business days as of the order confirmation date.
UK, US and European stores’ orders are dispatched from different countries, due to this, business days will differ slightly between countries due to public holidays. This preparation time can vary according to peak season, for example Black Friday or Christmas.
Orders are prepared quickly, and so, changes upon customer request cannot be guaranteed.
However, the customer can contact our Customer Service team, who will do its best to accommodate the customer's request.
After an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent, from which the customer can track their order. Information may take some time to be updated on the tracking link.
Order preparation time may be subject to exceptional circumstances.
Delivery times will depend on where you are located, our shipping partners and the service of your choice. Hey Harper is making an effort to improve the shipping options for our customers, please check the website’s FAQs for up-to-date information.
Delivery time refers to the amount of days between the collection of the package from our warehouse and the first delivery attempt. This does not account for the order preparation time, additional delivery attempts, or the date or days available at a carrier pick-up point.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable or if there are any delays in the order process.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Signature will not be required upon delivery on any of our shipping services. FedEx, UPS or DHL will deliver the package at the delivery address provided, and it may be received a family member, a friend or anyone present at the address at the moment of delivery.
In the event of a purchased item not being inside the package you received, our claims process will be implemented. This means our support representative will ask for a signed and dated statement. For a “Item not received” claim to be approved, this statement must be sent to our support team within the first week after receiving your purchase.
It is accepted by you that any additional customs charges need to be paid by you, Hey Harper has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies are different in every country so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that when ordering from Hey Harper you are considered the importer of record. As the importer of record, you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country you are receiving the good in. Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing goods. Be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If customs duties, import clearance charges and the costs associated with them are not paid by the importer of record then customs will not release the items. In the instance that items are returned to Hey Harper by customs, the importer of record agrees to cover all costs associated with this. If customs decide to destroy the items rather than return them, it is accepted by you that you will still be liable to pay any other additional costs associated with this transaction.
5.1 – Discounts – Hey Harper Jewelry
Percentage discounts cannot be stacked and used simultaneously with others. Only one discount can be applied to a single order.
Hey Harper reserves the right to modify its prices at any time as long as we guarantee to the buyer the application of the current price at the moment of the order confirmation. Hey Harper will not be obliged to compensate the customer after the date of purchase.
Hey Harper will not bring back conditions offered during the sale periods if the purchase was not completed during the sale.
To take advantage of the 10% First Purchase discount, the customer must subscribe to the Hey Harper newsletter. Following this, the customer will receive the discount code via email. It is not possible to use the code if a purchase was already made on our website. The discount code cannot be applied to any purchase following confirmation on our system.
Buy X Get Y promotions are binding. A percentage discount will be applied on all products included the User’s cart.
Promotions available on the website, either via discount code, product discounts or automatically discounts applied to the User’s cart may be subject to change – Hey Harper is not obliged to honor promotions or deals that may have been visible on Hey Harper’s website, on paid media ads or anywhere else on the internet or other forms of media.
5.1 – Discounts – Hey Harper Watches
Discounts created for Hey Harper Jewelry may not be usable on different product categories – such as Hey Harper Watches. If you want to make sure a discount code is usable on different product categories available on our website, contact our support team.
6. Payments & Security
Hey Harper offers several payment methods to the customer. All those methods are securely encrypted. Hey Harper cannot see, nor store the customer's information.
The online payment methods offered are shown during the checkout process.
Those methods also ensure that no piece of information can be used by any disinterested party, as they are based on protected algorithms, transmitting encrypted information, so that it is only visible for bank entities.
Hey Harper is not responsible nor will cover for any hidden fees, exchange fees, payment processing fees or any other extra charges applied either by the payment provider or the customer’s bank.
7. Returns & Refunds
As a Hey Harper client, you are entitled to a return/exchange, this needs to be requested within the first 30 days after receiving your items. The date which the items are deemed to have been received is based on the information which we are provided by the shipping companies.
7.1 Returns & Refunds - Hey Harper Jewelry
In cases where a free item has been received as part of a promotion, all items must be returned in order for a full refund to be made (including the free item).
The items must be returned in their original condition. No scratches, wear marks or broken pieces. Please make sure the necklaces do not tangle and the items are not damaged/scratched during transport. If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped 30 days after the delivery, we will not process refunds or store credit. The date which the items are deemed to have been delivered is based on the information which we are provided by the shipping companies.
Hey Harper will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.
Please note that processing the return once it is received may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email once the exchange or refund has been processed.
If you receive a proven defective piece, we will be able to provide store credit in its value, so you can get a replacement 100% free. Please reach out to our customer support: email@example.com
Otherwise explicitly informed on the website, returns are not free. Any additional services are subject to Hey Harper’s review at any moment.
7.2 Returns & Refunds – Hey Harper Watches
Hey Harper Watches must be returned in their original condition. No scratches, wear marks or broken pieces. All tags must be in their original placing and the watch must shown no signs of being worn.
Please make sure the watch is damaged/scratched during transport. Use all the original packaging to ship the return.
If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped 30 days after the delivery, we will not process refund or store credit. The date which the items are deemed to have been delivered is based on the information which we are provided by the shipping companies.
8. Hey Harper Jewelry Warranty
The Warranties and purchase conditions described below apply exclusively to items purchased on the Hey Harper website or showroom.
Hey Harper warranties will not apply to any products or services sold by third parties
8.1 Lifetime Color Warranty
All jewelry items in our catalogue are covered by our lifetime color warranty.
Hey Harper's Lifetime Color Warranty covers discoloration issues that may occur with our stainless steel, PVD coated jewelry accessories. Enamel details, beads, shells, pearls or any other detail is not covered by this warranty.
The lifetime color warranty does not cover jewelry breakages, wear-and-tear marks, scratches, loss, or any other accident that may compromise the product.
Please note that the golden tone may become slightly darker with usage. We would suggest that you try cleaning the item(s) with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol, this will bring the shine back to the jewelry.
PVD Coating Hidden Parts: All our pieces are given a PVD coating to stop them from discoloring. This coating is sometimes applied after the chains have already been assembled. This is due to the manufacturing procedures and means that for some pieces it is not possible to coat specific small areas of the item.
This means that this is not a discoloration issue and is standard for the piece which you have purchased. Our Color Warranty may still be activated if any issues arise with the item’s coating.

In order to assess whether the item meets the requirements of the warranty, it is mandatory that you provide photos or videos showing the discoloration issue on the item.
The warranty will not be activated if the photo or video is not provided following the Customer Support agent’s request.
All decisions on warranty activations are final and Hey Harper reserves the right to deny any requests to activate the color warranty.
If our team is able to verify the issue and activate the color warranty, we will provide you with store credit. This will be for the value that was originally paid for the item(s). Refunds are not provided for discoloration issues.
8.2 Breakage Warranty
All our jewelry has a 6-month quality warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order.

To be able to activate the warranty, is mandatory provide photos or videos showing the breakage issue on the item.
In order for us to assess whether the item meets the requirements of the warranty, it is mandatory that you provide photos or videos showing broken item. If our team is able to verify the issue, either a store credit/discount code with the item value will be provided or a replacement for the item.
If the items are broken after a 6-month period after you received you order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair.
We are not responsible for lost items.
Hey Harper, is not responsible for allergic reactions caused for one of our items. Our jewelery is made of 316L considered hypoallergenic and is the same as that which is used in surgeries and kitchenware. However the PVD coating may a very small percentage of nickel. We receive lots of feedback from our customers saying they're allergic to nickel, but they haven't developed any symptoms, we still cannot guarantee you will react in the same way.
9. Hey Harper Watches Warranty
Hey Harpers Watch Warranty covers items where the function of the watch is impacted by a manufacturing defect. In these cases Hey Harper agrees to replace the watch free of charge.
This Warranty will be honored by Hey Harper through our customer support team, through any communication channel by which our team is available, regardless of the country of purchase.

Your Hey Harper watch is covered by the Limited International Warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Hey Harper’s Lifetime Color Warranty does not apply on watches.
Hey Harper Watches Warranty does not cover:
- Loss of the watch
- Non-Hey Harper Watches
- Batteries, routine maintenance, and cleaning
- Scratches, wear and tear, lack of care, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse
- Loss of color, rust, water penetration
- Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations
Hey Harper e-Gift Cards can only be purchased on our website.
Their use is exclusively restricted to purchases of Hey Harper Jewelry products.
It is not possible to add extra value on a Gift Card after final purchase.
Gift cards can be paid for by using any of the payment methods accepted on the website or in stores. Gift Cards cannot be paid with by using another gift card, discount codes or other promotional discounts.
Gift Cards are electronic and will be sent by email to the email address provided. No physical Gift Card can be sent to any postal address.
11. Access to Hey Harper Web Shop.
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.
12. Force Majeure
Every effort will be made to carry out the contract, but its due performance is subject to cancellation by Hey Harper may find necessary because of inability to secure labor, materials or supplies as a result of any act of God, war, strike, lockout or other labor dispute, fire, flood, drought, legislation or other cause (whether or the foregoing class or not) beyond Hey Harper control.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be settled by the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, with express waiver of any other, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law.
